Dosage Final and HESI
I am finished with this semester!!! I had my dosage final today, and I feel I did well. I’m holding an ‘A’ in the course, and the final was pretty straight forward.
I did better on the dosage HESI. I made a 957. I’m pretty happy with that.
NOW ON TO OB NEXT WEEK!!!
I get to chill (while drinking adult beverages) and not study until Thursday!! W00T!!

Final Transition grade
The final was something else, but the grades just posted.
I PASSED
I made an 81%!!! I finished this course with an 82% overall. I’m so happy and excited. Our next assigned course is OB. I can’t wait to get started again next week.
I still have a Dosage final and HESI this coming Friday, but I’m good with that course.

Transition final today....
Transition class is a major class for the LPN mobility track. It basically combines nursing fundamentals and adult 1 together to form one class for the LPN to RN student. Thing is, this class is VERY condensed and very fast paced. It’s only a month course to relearn everything I initially learned 9 years ago.

How do you know nursing school is getting real?
How do I know nursing school is getting real? Me personally? My ocular migraines return! UGH! I haven’t had an ocular migraine since late 2011. Good thing I still have some cephadyn left over. I get these when I’m under high stress. You wouldn’t know I was stressed, but I have an awful pain in the back of my eye messing with my vision! HOORAY!!!!

Transitions Test from 6-13-12
I got my most recent grade from the test I took this past Wednesday. It was over fluid & electrolytes, urinary, & blood products. I some how managed to pass! I got an 80%. Now I need to rock this next test coming up covering respiratory & cardiovascular!

FINALLY got my Dosage & Calc test grade back. I got a 91.4%, & that’s a ‘B’ on our grading scale. =P

Got the results from my first nursing test
We reviewed our first test today in nursing school. This test was given to us last Wednesday, & was in our Transitions course. I made a 94%, & according to our scale I made an ‘A’. W00T!!!

Clinical Paperwork Problems
I went to the hospital around 2:30pm yesterday (6-7-12) to obtain my data for pre-assess. I didn’t leave until 5:15pm! I started working on the care plans & crap as soon as i got home, around 5:30pm. I was up past midnight completing the said clinical paperwork, & I was finally able to lay down around 12:30pm. It took me a while to fall asleep because my stupid mind wouldn’t...

Clinical Paper Work Day
I will be headed to a local hospital here in Memphis, TN to pre-assess my patient for tomorrows clinical. I have a crap load of paperwork to do on said patient. Pathos, nursing diagnosis, care plans, etc. This will be the first time doing all this clinical paper work for school. I hope I do it right!
