THANK YOU!!!! I really don’t have anything exciting planned. I had nursing school clinical today on the labor and delivery floor, and now I am working on care plans and other paperwork. =P Nothing too exciting. I surly will have an adult beverage, or two, before the night is over. LOL This is just the life of a nursing student. We don’t get to stop for birthdays.

This book is my saving grace!!! It really makes writing care plans easy. As long as I site this book (and has to do with my patients conditions), I can use the nursing diagnosis, plans, related to, manifestations, and implementations to my hearts content. LOVE IT!!! Clinical Paperwork Problems
I went to the hospital around 2:30pm yesterday (6-7-12) to obtain my data for pre-assess. I didn’t leave until 5:15pm! I started working on the care plans & crap as soon as i got home, around 5:30pm. I was up past midnight completing the said clinical paperwork, & I was finally able to lay down around 12:30pm. It took me a while to fall asleep because my stupid mind wouldn’t shut up, so I doubt I even had 3 hours of sleep. I’m in need of a bunch of coffee, and I will be having a nap when I get home! ON MY WAY TO CLINICAL NOW (6-8-12). =\
