Clinical Paper Work Day
I will be headed to a local hospital here in Memphis, TN to pre-assess my patient for tomorrows clinical. I have a crap load of paperwork to do on said patient. Pathos, nursing diagnosis, care plans, etc. This will be the first time doing all this clinical paper work for school. I hope I do it right!
Nursing Skewl Day 1
My first day of nursing school went well. A lot of information was thrown at the class. I’m hoping my experience as a LPN will help me through this year of school. I had 8 hours of class today (Transitions and Dosage & Calculations), & when I came home I studied for another 4 hours. I’m trying to stay on top of this material. Right now we are working on nursing diagnosis & the nursing process.
